I've been seeing this post going around Facebook the past month or so that I really like. Paraphrased badly: "Tell me one thing about yourself you're proud of." I love this post, even though it took me figuratively forever to decide what 'one thing' I'm proud of. I think this is a great reminder that we need to occasionally dwell on ourselves and try to approach ourselves really positively.
Sweat it out is such a widely accepted notion for when you're sick (out with the bad, in with the good) but for some reason this concept doesn't really get applied to mental illnesses, even though it should be.
